Gilson Boarding are going to be taking on a physical challenge in return for raising funds to help other women struggling with period poverty in our local area.

As a community, we will be walking and running a total of 365 Kilometres in just one day.

Via this JustGiving page, we hope to receive monetary donations for the cause, and then we will also wish to receive actual sanitary product donations, and these can be given in at Gilson Boarding House - from now until the end of the spring term.

The Cowshed is the charity that we will be sharing our fundraising efforts with, and this is based only about 10 miles away, meaning that we are really able to impact the lives of the women living nearby.
