Chris’s Story
Chris was diagnosed with an aggressive form of high-grade B-cell lymphoma in February 2025. Following intensive chemotherapy, he achieved complete remission, but sadly the cancer returned just a few months later.
Over the following year, Chris underwent numerous advanced treatments, including radiotherapy, CAR-T cell therapy and immunotherapy. Despite periods where treatment worked well, the lymphoma eventually returned in his central nervous system and brain.
Chris faced every stage of his illness with remarkable strength, while his medical team continued to explore every possible treatment available to him. Lymphoma Action is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to supporting people affected by lymphoma, the most common blood cancer.
In Chris’s memory, we are raising funds to help support this vital work, with the hope that continued research will give more patients and their families more treatment options, more time together and, ultimately, a future where these devastating cancers can be overcome.
Lymphoma Action's mission is to make sure that no one has to face lymphoma alone. They are here for everyone affected by lymphoma and provide expert information, dedicated support and a community that understands – right from day one. They also support healthcare professionals and advocate for better treatment and care.
