Update: On Saturday 28th June 2025, Ava-Mia and her 4 year old sister Maya climbed to the summit of Mount Snowdon! At the summit there were 45mph winds, rain and cold. And they smiled through! And then climbed back down again!

Five year old Ava-Mia has set herself her first EVER fundraising challenge: To climb Mount Snowdon- the highest peak in Wales, and the 2nd highest Peak in the UK!!!! Ava-Mia has a goal of raising £500 for her school PTA, who are raising money to repair the school outdoor playground , which has recently been told it needs urgent repairs.

Ava-Mia loves being outdoors, interacting with nature and challenging her body and strength. So she has set herself the enormous challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon (a total climb of 1,085 meters!) in June 25 with her Dad and Nanny. Ava-Mia's younger sisters, aged 3 and 1, will also be joining Ava-Mia and supporting her as far up as their little legs can manage! Ava-Mia is very committed, motivated and VERY excited!
