This is going to be a long one guys im streaming a paintathon for Mind a uk charity dedicated to supporting people through crisis and other mental health issues. The stream will be for 15 hours for the 1 in 15 of people who will attempt suicide in their lifetime. This is a topic very close to my heart as i have been there and lost several friends due to this and if we all spread the word that we dont have to fight alone then only good can come of it right?

Ill commence my stream at my normal time of 2030hrs BST and will go through the night with hopefully many of you joining as and when you can. I have a just giving page set up and all donations go straight to this great charity so if you can afford to give a little please do as the waiting lists for NHS treatment are in the years not months or even weeks.

This is for all those lost and to hopefully help some others in the dark find their way back
