StrongMen is a UK based charity supporting men following bereavement. Grief is a universal emotion but a personal journey. StrongMen’s community help through telephone-based peer support, talks, drop-in sessions and weekender retreats.

I would be grateful for any form of support, whether in memory of a loved one who has faced tough times, or giving up the weekend pint or tomorrow morning’s coffee!
