Story
This August, our Group Innovation & Partnerships team (Chloe Jansen, Alan Mackay, Afzal Ghani) in Glasgow is proud to join the Scotland Hub fundraiser in support of Alzheimer Scotland by taking on the challenge of hiking Ben Nevis.
Alzheimer Scotland is the leading national dementia charity in Scotland. Their mission is simple but incredibly important: to make sure nobody faces dementia alone. They provide advice, information and practical support for people living with dementia, as well as their families, friends and carers across Scotland.
Every step we take up Ben Nevis will be in support of the vital work Alzheimer Scotland does every day. From local services to specialist support, they help people navigate some of the most difficult moments with compassion, dignity and care. Their 24 hour Freephone Dementia Helpline, available on 0808 808 3000, is there for anyone who needs guidance, reassurance or someone to talk to.
Dementia affects so many lives, directly and indirectly, and we want to do our part to help ensure support is there when people need it most.
We would be hugely grateful for any donation you can make. Your support will help Alzheimer Scotland continue to be there for people living with dementia, their loved ones and carers across Scotland.
Thank you for supporting us as we take on Ben Nevis for this brilliant cause.
