Team Girlings will be putting on their running shoes and taking part in this extremely popular rural run to raise money for our corporate charity, Holding On Letting Go.

Holding On Letting Go support children, young people, and their families after the death or anticipated death of someone close to them. Our vision is a world in which every bereaved child, and their family, receives the support they need to process their grief in healthy ways, minimising the negative impact that bereavement in childhood can have on a young person’s future prospects and wellbeing. We aim to help each bereaved young person “Hold On” to the happy memories of their loved one, while “Letting Go” of any painful ones.
