I will be walking the full distance of 100 golf holes at the Chipstead Golf Club in South London on Monday 30 September 2024.

If I walk in a straight line between each white tee and flag then 100 holes will be a total of about 16 miles. Add to that the distance between greens and tees and it's probably closer to 17 miles. (It may be even longer as I might need to be avoiding the balls from golfers on the course.)

For those of you who don't know Chipstead, it is on the Surrey Hills and so is considered to be a strenuous walk for a round of golf. With the 6th known locally as Heart Attack Hill, you can imagine the undulations on the course!
