The Glacier Energy team is delighted to take part in Kiltwalk 2025, and we are proud to support MCR Pathways.

MCR Pathways is a charity dedicated to helping young people who have faced disadvantage realise their full potential through education. Their school-based mentoring programme pairs young people with fully trained volunteer mentors, providing the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.

The MCR mentoring makes a huge difference by boosting confidence, increasing engagement with school, and changing lives of young people. Today, the programme operates across multiple local authorities nationwide.

With the right support, every care-experienced young person, or those who have faced disadvantage, can achieve the same education outcomes, career opportunities, and life chances as every other young person.
