Members and supporters of Glasgow's legal community: assemble! Students, practitioners, family members and four-legged friends are all invited.

Following the wonderful turnout of last year's event, we are delighted to once again host the Glasgow Legal Walk, taking place on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026.

Walkers can look forward to Sheriff Stuart Reid (Temporary Sheriff Principal of Glasgow and Strathkelvin) providing the must-see pre-walk address to attendees from the steps of Glasgow Sheriff Court.

Sign up, stretch your legs and learn some fascinating insights into Glasgow's historic legal landmarks from past Dean of the Faculty, Austin Lafferty who will guide you from Glasgow Sheriff Court. Your journey will end with a warm welcome inside our own Faculty Hall for a post-walk reception.
