16 of us at Glencar Construction will be running the Great Birmingham Run half marathon to raise money for a local charity Breast Friends Solihull, they have been helping women and their families for over twenty years.

They are run solely by volunteers and offer a range of support to those and their families affected by breast cancer.

"No matter where you are in your journey, we understand the rollercoaster that you have been through, from the initial on-going fears, through treatment and learning to live with the changes that breast cancer has inevitably made to your life.
