Glenn's fundraiser for Movember (In memory of Ken Hall)

Hackney Half Marathon 2024 · 19 May 2024 ·
Hey Guys!
On 19th May 2024 I will be running amongst 24,000 fellow East Londoners for the Hackney Half Marathon and looking to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research (via the Movember Charity).
I have chosen this charity as its a cause thats close to my heart. My legendary Dad (Ken) was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2012 and although he had some amazing treatments and improvements to his condition (due to the research from charity funds such as Movember) he sadly passed away as a result of this terrible disease in 2019.
The goal is to contribute financially to any research that can help other men with prostate cancer live longer healthier lives and eventually find a cure.
Any help with donations would be so greatly appreciated and will no doubt serve my inspiration to run my best for Movember and my Dads memory.
Thankyou so much
Glenn
FYI...below is a little more on Movember and what they are about...
Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. Men are dying too young. We can’t afford to stay silent.
We are the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. We know what works for men – and what doesn’t. Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention – we’re taking them all on.
Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, and shaking up men’s health research.
