Hello friends, family and supporters

I am excited (and a bit nervous!) to share that I will be taking part in the 100km London to Brighton Challenge in May 2025. Recently, a friend of mine was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), a condition that affects the brain and nerves, and gradually worsens over time. Watching someone face such a tough battle has inspired me to take action and support those affected by this relentless disease.

The Motor Neurone Disease Association does incredible work in providing care, support, and vital research towards finding a cure. Every step I take in this challenge is not just a physical journey from London to Brighton, but a step closer to better treatments, support, and eventually, a cure for MND.
