Aberdeen Kiltwalk 2024 · 2 June 2024 ·

The health benefits both physical and mental of being on the water are well documented and the objective of Accessible Boating Thames is to make the river accessible to those who otherwise struggle to access main stream services due to physical or mental disability.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We hope you will support the Melville Mermaids ( Alison , Andrea and Glen) to raise funds for Accessible Boating , a small and extremely hard working charity which strives to make rivers accessible to those who may struggle to fulfil such an opportunity due to physical or mental disability.

The Melville Mermaids will be donning their kilts and taking on the mighty stride in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk on the 2nd June 2024 , an 18 mile challenge , not for the faint hearted ! Photographic evidence will be provided 😁

We really welcome your support , any donation will be so gratefully received.

Your invaluable support will help Accessible Boating continue to make such a positive impact on lives , offering vital physical and mental health benefits .
