Therefore, on Sunday 7th September 2025 I will be running the Great North Run for Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland🏃🏼‍♀️✨

The Great North Run is the world’s biggest and best half marathon, with 60,000 runners taking on the 13.1-mile route from Newcastle to South Shields each year🤍🖤

Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland is completely independent of the criminal justice system including the police. Their services are free and confidential.

They won’t judge, they don’t criticise, they listen🤍
