This May bank holiday, I'll be setting off cycling from Le Mans Crescent in Bolton, hoping to make it to Le Mans in France (Bolton's twin town). I'll be cycling approximately 400 miles over around 10 days.

I'm hoping to raise money for Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) - the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation.

They provide emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation - currently in places like Gaza, Yemen, Sudan and Ukraine amongst many others.
