Help us to reach thousands of bereaved people across the UK and signpost them to vital support from day one.

The Good Grief Trust is the UK's leading bereavement network, with 1000+ charities and bereavement services under one umbrella.

We are run by the bereaved for the bereaved, and exist to ensure no-one grieves alone. We signpost both the bereaved and those working with them, to a choice of immediate support, and work closely with NHS nurses, GPs, schools, universities, funeral directors, and many organisations across the UK, to supply our Good Grief Condolence and Signposting cards.

This essential resource ensures that anyone bereaved, under any circumstance knows where to turn for Help and Hope from day one.

We raise awareness of issues around bereavement on a national platform, by pioneering initiatives, such as National Grief Awareness Week (2-8 Dec), now in it's 7th year. An annual Christmas campaign to support those who are grieving at one of the hardest times of the year.

Our Help and Hope plaques have a QR code direct to the charity, and have been installed on over 900 benches and seats across the UK. Immediate help for anyone bereaved in the community.

We will all experience a bereavement sometime in our lives and we do not know how it will affect us until it happens. Knowing you are not alone, and that you can find help when you need it most, can be a lifeline.

Grief can be complicated but access to support should never be.
