In early 2024 my Wife Sharon started as a volunteer for Ayrshire charity Bfriend who provide one to one befriending support and group events to socially isolated and disadvantaged young people who have limited adult support at home and limited opportunities for social engagement or friendships.

I’m so proud of her for doing this and she’s making a huge difference in the young person she supports at a crucial time of their life.

The charity make a huge difference in the lives of young people they support through their volunteer network.

To support the charity I’ll be undertaking a 225 mile cycle ride from Inverness to Irvine over three days between the 21st to 23rd December.
