After travelling around much of the United Kingdom through the course of my work, I've see homelessness all over the country. I am proud of my Preston roots and the fact that as a business, in Preston for nearly 165 years we have tried to support various groups and organisations over the years, from ex-servicemen after the 1st World War to Macmillan Cancer in 2025.

This year, we want to support The Foxton and the PNE Community and Education Trust in their efforts to raise money for Hidden Homelessness at the third Big PNE Sleep Out at Deepdale on Friday 27 March, 2026.

To do that I am Sleeping Out with many others on this night to collectively raise awareness and hopefully raise money for this great cause.

We all hear Homelessness can affect anyone, and for women and girls it brings added challenges. With daughters and granddaughters it makes you wonder what life would be like for them, their friends or any female on the streets, alone!

For that reason I want to do what I can to raise money for a longstanding Preston institution that over the years has done so much for the Preston Community.

Please give what you can and help this amazing event raise its target figure and help the homeless in Preston be safer.
