Dreams Come True is a national Children's Charity that exists to deliver dreams to kids, who have it tough. They are passionate about delivering moments of magic and having a lasting impact on those who might not consider having a dream come true. They support kids living in the highest areas of deprivation in the country, and with a disability, serious illness or life-limiting conditions.

Whether its a UK family getaway for a young cancer patient, a specially adapted trike for a child with cerebral palsy, or a room makeover for a seriously ill child, each dream brings moments of magic and has a lasting impact for years to come.
