Prevent Breast Cancer need £1.5m to fund a new state of the art breast imaging and training facility at Wythenshawe Hospital to tackle the local shortage of equipment and radiologists. We’re looking forward to helping them achieve their goals and will be pulling out all the stops to contribute to this vital cause.

We have a variety of fundraising events going on throughout 2023 - including monthly team charity events, bake-offs, raffles and games to help raise funds for Prevent Breast Cancer.

On Sunday 10th September, 7 members of the Gorvins team completed a gruelling charity walking challenge in the Peak District - tackling 22 miles and approximately 1000m (3280ft) of uphill ascent.

The challenge was to take in every feature in the dramatic Chew Valley (Northern Peak District) and also taking in the highest point in West Yorkshire, Black Hill.

Our team was Rowan Uren, Mark Deverell, Richard Carleton, Paul Reddy, Stacey Woodworth-Shaw, and Paul Lupton - plus special guest Chloe Murphy.
