I will be running my first ever Half Marathon!

I'm running the Robin Hood Half Marathon to support the Rushcliffe Dementia Action Network.

This amazing local charity brings together community services, volunteers and organisations to improve the lives of people living with dementia, and their carers across the Rushcliffe area.

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. Having lost my Grandma who lived with dementia and with my Grandad currently living with it, I've seen first-hand the impact this condition has on individuals and families. It's a challenging and emotional journey, and the support networks provided by charities like this are vital.
