On the 14th December 2025 I will be taking part in the Norfolk and Waveney Mind Mental Elf Festive Fun Run, to raise awareness for Mental Health and for my precious friend Jordan, who sadly lost her battle to mental illness earlier this year - I promised her I would ‘Stand Up and Fight for Her’ now. Together we can make a difference and ensure no one has to face mental illness alone.

The Charity Mind is absolutely incredible and has helped me, and many others massively over the years, especially the past few months. However, they can only do this with help and support from donations and awareness. Please donate to my page whatever you can, and together we can break the stigma of mental illness and ensure people get the support, compassion and kindness they deserve and need.
