Hi friends,

On April 21at I will be running the London marathon, I am pushing myself to run this despite a slight injury and lack of training in memory of a wonderful young man and friend Lucas Martin.

Lucas was one of the most most caring, kind hearted and determined people you could ever meet. He sadly passed away to meningitis last September at age 21 but his incredibly brave family are carrying on his spirit through the work of Lookys Aid. His charity works to support disadvantaged young people to live a full and joyful life.

In life Lucas gave it LOADS:

Love

Optimism

Ambition

Determination

Selflessness
