On Sunday September 29th 2024, I will be running in the Berlin Marathon, raising awareness and funds for the Mental Health Foundation (UK). The Mental Health Foundation is the UKs charity for everyone's mental health.

With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

Over the coming months leading up to the 2024 Berlin Marathon, I hope to not only raise funds to support The Mental Health Foundation and the brilliant work they do, but to have it be an opportunity to start a conversation, connect with others, and create awareness. No one needs to suffer alone.
