Campaign by Essex Wildlife Trust (RCN 210065)
Held at the award-winning Nuclear Races site, Running Wild is a 5K muddy obstacle course that everyone can take part in! Climb over, crawl through and jump across some crazy obstacles, before finishing with the famous 20-foot Deathslide into a lake!

Story

Ollie and I will both be taking part in the Running Wild for Essex Mud Run on Saturday 22nd June. Any donations for us both would be greatly appreciated.

We are dependent on the natural world in every aspect of our lives. The air that we breathe. The water we drink. The food we eat. Our physical and mental health.

Yet it needs our help, now more than ever. Our climate is in crisis and many species face extinction.

So I've decided to take on the Running Wild 5K challenge! I am raising vital funds for Essex Wildlife Trust; the county's leading conservation charity. They are committed to protecting wildlife and the wild places of Essex, and inspiring a lifelong love of nature.

Together, we are helping protect the future.
