As most of my close friends and family know i have lived with endometriosis for years.
I’ve been in the UK a year and a half now and my endo has been a huge hinder to my time over here. I have recently found out I have PCOS. Throughout my health journey I have struggled HUGELY with my mental health, so throughout this whole process and I have decided now is the time to fundraise and speak up about the struggles involved with all of the above.
To tackle this endeavor, I have partnered with an incredible personal trainer and nutritionist who is helping me create customized workout and nutritional plans. The goal is to not only enhance my physical health but also to uplift my mental well-being. Throughout the next eight weeks, I will be sharing my journey, shedding light on the challenges faced, and spreading awareness.
Embarking on this personal health challenge is both exhilarating and nerve-racking, and your continued support means the world to me.
