Portsmouth Hospitals Charity supports the work of Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust to help enhance patient care and support staff welfare.

Portsmouth Hospitals Charity funds a range of projects including improvement to existing facilities, the purchase of new and state-of-the-art equipment, staff training and helps foster research and innovation.

This would not be possible without kind donations from the local community, legacies, corporate donations and grants.

On May 10th I am abseiling the Spinnaker Tower for the Accident and Emergency unit in Portsmouth. Having been on placement in the last week, I’ve seen how important it is for the Accident and Emergency team to run smoothly. So many people go through A and E everyday and I’d love to support them for all the help and saving they do for people daily.
