I am taking on the Cave Abseil on 20 September 2026 to raise funds for Support Dogs' Caving Abseil, and I would be truly grateful for your support.

This is a personal challenge that means a great deal to me, because Support Dogs is a remarkable national charity that helps children and adults living with some of the most challenging medical conditions. Their specially trained assistance dogs support people with autism, physical disabilities, and epilepsy, helping them to live with greater independence and confidence.
