We are taking part in Alton Towers half marathon to raise money in memory of Patrick and Padan Fowler (Grace's nephews) who sadly suffered acute Twin to Twin transfusion syndrome and gained their angel wings at 20 weeks and 2 days.

Grace's sister, Hannah was using Twins Trust as a helpful source to prepare her and her boyfriend for the arrival of their boys. They are now using the Twins Trust bereavement services and support to help them through this difficult time.
