I am taking part in Colostomy UK's annual Step Up for Stomas, Active April fundraiser!

I will be running/walking at least 5.5k every day of April!

As a relative of someone with a Stoma Bag, the most important thing to me is ensuring they are advocated for, supported by a community of people and educated enough to take care of themselves. If supporting Colostomy UK can make their life and many others’ just a little bit easier, then I will be happy. Be kind as you never know what anyone is going through.
