Raising Funds for Ward E39 at Nottingham Children’s Hospital
Join us on Saturday, 5th July at Nottingham Wildcats Arena for Gracie Barra Family Fest - a day of indoor Jiu-Jitsu, fun for all ages, and community spirit - as we raise vital funds for children undergoing cancer treatment on Ward E39 at Nottingham Children’s Hospital (QMC).
Ward E39 is a dedicated children’s cancer ward providing lifesaving care to young patients across the East Midlands. Through Nottingham Hospitals Charity, we’re supporting the hospital staff, patients, and families with the extra help they need - beyond what the NHS alone can fund.
Your donation will help provide:
🩺 Specialist equipment and ward enhancements to improve treatment and care
🛋️ Comfortable family spaces so parents can stay close to their children
🎨 Arts and crafts materials to ease anxiety and provide distraction
🧸 Toys and games for children of all ages
🎁 Gifts and treats for holidays - so no child misses out on special moments
This is about more than raising money, it’s about giving children and families moments of comfort, normalcy, and joy during some of the toughest times of their lives.
Let’s unite as one Gracie Barra family - students, parents, instructors, and friends - to make a real impact off the mats.
🎟️ One donation per family is required to attend this event.
Please keep your JustGiving confirmation email safe, as it will be used for event entry.
100% of donations go directly to Nottingham Hospitals Charity to support the incredible work on Ward E39.
🙏 Every donation helps. Thank you for being part of something meaningful.
