Grace LOVES Sense Caerphilly - a place where she can thrive and flourish. This special, local hub supports young people like Grace to access their community and the world around them so they can live their life to the fullest.

Grace is going to wheel & walk around Cardiff Bay the day before the Sense main walk as she has a medical appointment and is unable to do it with her Sense friends. So she’s on a solo attempt on Tuesday 24th June - a huge challenge for her!
