I’ve decided to go out of my comfort zone and tackle the Great South Run whilst raising money for The Alzheimer’s Society. I’m sure you all know someone or a loved one who’s been affected by alzheimer’s or dementia. Any donations to this great charity will be thoroughly appreciated.
