In May this year I lost my lovely Mum to bowel cancer. I'm teaching a special class on 28th June at Gracie Barra Melksham at 12.00pm in her memory. The class will be on one of my favourite jiu-jitsu things: butterfly guard. Any donations to Bowel Cancer UK are gratefully received.
