I’m lucky to have a place in the London Marathon on 21st April!

I am running for a registered charity PMRGCAuk. The GCA stands for Giant Cell Arteritis, an auto-immune disease. They are trying to raise vital funds for research into the condition and different treatments, because at present there is no known cure and every donation will help.

My brother Tom was diagnosed with GCA shortly after retiring. A founder member of Rothwell Harriers and my running companion for 40 years doing countless events, he usually reached the finish before I did!
