Story
I am doing it again! Another year, another cycle ride for a fantastic charity. This time I am part of the Brett Group team participating in Ziggurat 2025 - The Ride for the Construction Industry!
This year, our team will travel to Switzerland where, over four days, they will cycle a minimum of 320 miles through both the Jura Mountains and the stunning Lakes of Yverdon les Bains.
Now, you might think that doesn’t sound too challenging for our adventurous crew, but let me tell you – they’ll be tackling over 15,500 feet of mountainous climbing!
For some, those who are more accustomed to downhill cycling, these mountains will definitely present a serious challenge.
Action Medical Research is the leading UK charity dedicated to funding vital research that helps sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.
For 70 years now, they have been funding medical breakthroughs that have helped beat polio, fight meningitis, prevent stillbirths, and develop ultrasound scanning in pregnancy.
They are now driving forward children's research in areas like premature birth and rare diseases.
By donating to this incredible charity, you’re helping find ways to reduce premature birth and support children facing lifelong challenges due to disabilities. You’re also contributing to the development of cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
With your help, we’re determined to make a real change in children’s lives!
We have set a target of £20,000 for this campaign by September 10th, 2025. Every little bit counts so join us in making a difference today!
