Keech Hospice is a wonderful charity which provides free, specialist care for adults in Luton and Bedfordshire, and children from Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes living with a life-limiting illness.

In the grand scheme of things - I am one lucky chap - I am healthy, happy and have a good bunch of friends, family and colleagues in my life.

As I have no real discernible talents other than my rugged good looks and witty take on the world - I will be doing a series of events this year - each one as gruelling as the last to raise money for Keech Hospice - I will be funding the spaces myself - to allow the charity to give more spaces out to others. Any donation, support and words of encouragement are greatly appreciated. I will update things on Linkedin and social media as the events continue.
