Story

Last October I was knocked off my bike while riding into work. After checking the bike was ok first (obviously) and then myself, I was able to continue my journey and complete my night shift. The bike needed some work and I had physio but fortunately I didn’t need time off. Had things gone differently it’s reassuring to know the incredible support this charity can provide for LAS staff and their families in times of greatest need. Which is why I’ve signed up for Foxy vs Ditchling Round 3!
I am taking part in the iconic London to Brighton Cycle 2025 for the London Ambulance Charity.
The London Ambulance Charity supports the incredible staff and volunteers of the London Ambulance Service, supporting their physical and mental well-being with a range of initiatives from well being support trucks to station upgrades.
