Well it happened, with 2 weeks to go i am grateful to have been found a place on this years King of the Road to Avignon to raise funds for MSF, lets hope the winter training worked.

This year, over the 3 days, i will be cycling 400km and climbing 4000m including the famous Mont Ventoux.
