Hi all

As you know, my wife Clare "has been a little bit peaky" 😀 over the last 8 years with Cancer.

Not only does this take its toll physically, but also mentally.

We came across the 4Cancer Charity who specialise in providing support for cancer sufferers and their family by means of short breaks and days out.

We have just experienced the benefit from this and want to raise some money to help others through this fantastic Charity.

I will be taking on the Challenge of running 100km in April to raise funds for 4Cancer.
