Four months ago we said goodbye to Kay, loved Mum, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. The support of Hospiscare was invaluable to supporting the family through the final days of her life.

It is not until people as knowledgeable and caring as the Hospiscare Nurses come in to your lives that you realise how much you need that support.

Without the fundraising of hundreds of people per year this charity simply would not be able to continue the great work that it does.

It is for this reason that I am running 8 races in 8 months, from May to December, culminating with the Hospiscare Final Countdown 10K on New Years Eve.
