On July 4th, a group of my Cedar colleagues and I will be taking part in the legendary National 3 Peaks 24-hour challenge. Taking on the 3 tallest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, including a total ascent of over 10,000 feet and a distance of 23 miles all within a 24-hour window, this is going to be an epic test of endurance.

We're genuinely thrilled to embrace this exhilarating challenge in order to raise funds for Spread a Smile, a wonderful charity that brings joy and laughter to seriously ill children in NHS hospitals and hospices across the UK.
