Graham and Sue's fundraiser for Cure Parkinson’s

Graham Whitney is raising money for Cure Parkinson’s

Walking the 23 miles of the Surrey Three Peaks, Box Hill,Leith Hill and Holmwood Hill · 8 March 2026

We’re here for the cure. Cure Parkinson’s is working with urgency to find new treatments to slow, stop and reverse Parkinson’s.

Story

In January 2025, my world changed when Sue was diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
It’s one of the fastest growing brain diseases, and as we were told at the time, it’s an incurable, degenerative condition.

So we try to live for today – carpe diem. But we also desperately want a cure for today – remedium diem.

That’s why I am walking the 23 miles of the Three Surrey Peaks (Box Hill, Leith Hill and Holmwood Hill) with members of our family on Sunday March 8th 2026 to raise money for Cure Parkinson’s.

Despite Parkinson’s being identified almost 200 years ago, there’s still no cure. Cure Parkinson’s is one of the few organisations solely dedicated to funding research that aims to change that.

I know a cure won’t come overnight, but every step I take and every pound raised gets us closer. If you’re able to support me, no matter the amount, we would appreciate it so much

Thank you from us both

Graham and Sue
