On 2nd September 2023 myself and over 60 of my gorgeous members from Slimming World Wicklow Town will be completing a 5km park run together to benefit Irish Cancer Society💪. Some will be running, some will be walking, some will be crawling and some will be supporting and all for this amazing cause. So many of us have been touched by cancer and did you know that by simply moving a little more today than yesterday we can reduce the risk of some cancers?. Our Body Magic programme encourages our members to simply move more whilst losing weight and I’m blown away by how many of my members are coming out of their comfort zone to take part in this event x.
