On Saturday 30 August 2025 myself and my amazing members are going to push ourselves out of our comfort zones again for our annual dip in the Irish Sea in aid of the Irish Cancer Society ❤️.

Can you imagine hearing the words “You’ve got Cancer”. Can you imagine how that would immediately throw you out of your comfort zone ….. the fear of the unknown, the worry, the thoughts of chemotherapy & radiation….. Thrown out of your comfort zone for a long time - perhaps forever❤️

Myself and members are going to push ourselves out of our comfort zone for all those that have been thrown out of their comfort zone in aid of this amazing charity that supports them on their journey.
