Story
At 73, most people are slowing down… but not Dad! After recently being diagnosed with Parkinson’s, he’s decided to take on something completely bonkers – windwalking at Duxford Airfield on 26th April. Yes, that means being strapped to the top of a flying plane and walking on the wings while it’s in the air!
He’s doing this to show that Parkinson’s won’t define him, and to raise vital funds to support others facing the same diagnosis. If he can stand on a plane at 500 feet, we’re hoping you might be able to stand behind him (on the ground) with a donation. Our target is £3,000 – and every pound makes a difference. Please sponsor him if you can and help turn this sky-high challenge into something truly powerful.
