PTSD can ruin lives and families of serviceman and others. This charity gives sufferers a chance to talk and not feel alone which is an important part of getting over such traumas.

It has taken two years of getting fitter , losing weight and training a racehorse to finish a race on sat 28 Feb in an effort to raise money for this great charity. I hope to race one more time at Kimble point to point on sat 04 apr 2026.
