3 Peaks in 24 Hours · 12 June 2026

A group of us from the Central Site Management team at Allison Homes, Michele Raucci, John Cohen, Chrissie Matthews, Paul Vasey, Jacob Bingham, Gage Webb, Russell Patrick, Sarita Louzolo, Declan Rust, Grant Dean and Matas Baranauskas, are taking on the Three Peaks Challenge, climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in just 24 hours to raise money for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity.

As a company, Allison Homes supports the Lighthouse, and over the past few years many of us have had the opportunity to receive on-site visits. Hearing first-hand about the support they offer across the construction industry has been genuinely eye-opening. It’s made a lot of us think differently about mental health, wellbeing and the importance of looking out for each other on site.

The work they do is real, practical and for some people, life changing. That’s why we wanted to step up and give something back.

So, we’re taking on the Three Peaks! Climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in just 24 hours. It’s going to be tough going, with long hours, tired legs and very little sleep, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges many people in our industry face every day. By raising £5,000 for the Lighthouse Club, we aim to amplify awareness and provide crucial resources that can change lives.

We’re doing this together, as a team, for our industry, and to support a charity that truly makes a difference.
