On the 8th if September 2024 I will be running the Great North Run in Newcastle to raise as much money as I can for the Young life's vs Cancer charity. in memory of Jessica Amelia Daly.

Jessica was only 3 years old when sadly lost her life due to Medulloblastoma brain cancer on the 11th of December 2023. after putting up the most courageous fight just 7 weeks before her 4th birthday.

Jessica was diagnosed in June 2023 fought hard, however she was diagnosed as terminal and given 4 to 6 months. Throughout that time, she showed she was the strongest little girl no matter what was thrown her way. She was surrounded by love from the moment she was born. Wrapping her mum Caitlin and the rest of her family round her finger. My dear friend Caitlin has been an incredible mum to Jessica from the day she was born. There is nothing that Caitlin wouldn't do for her little girl. She gave her everything and Jessica was extremely lucky to have her.

I would like to finish by saying how unbelievably proud of my friend I am, I hope by completing this run it can provide a slight bit of comfort at such an awful time and help support other families at a time in need.
